To support delivery of our Services, Audacix (or one of its Affiliates listed below) may engage and use data processors with access to certain Customer Data (individually, a “Subprocessor”).
This page provides important information about the identity, location and role of each Subprocessor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set out in our Terms of Service or a superseding written agreement between our Clients and us (the “Agreement”).
As our organisation and the types of problems we solve for our Clients
evolves, we may work with other subprocessors or affiliates. We will
individually advise all Clients who are affected by a change to our list of
subprocessors or affiliates and will also update the list below where
possible.
Third parties
We currently use third-party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, to help us improve the user experience of our products and to help us provide customer support and email notifications.
Prior to engaging any third-party Subprocessor, we perform due diligence to
evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes
an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
